In our Pole classes, you'll learn a variety of moves, from graceful spins to powerful tricks, all designed to build your core strength, upper body endurance, and flexibility. Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a captivating and dynamic class that combines strength, flexibility, and artistry as you learn to perform graceful, acrobatic movements on hanging fabric. In this class, you'll master essential silks skills, such as climbing, wraps, drops, and poses, while building the strength and technique needed to execute stunning aerial routines.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra, is an exciting and artistic class that combines strength, flexibility, and creativity as you perform acrobatic moves on a suspended hoop. In this class, you'll learn to execute spins, poses, and dynamic transitions while developing the core strength, endurance, and coordination needed to master the hoop.
